The Gonino School operates goninoschool.com — coaching and a pace calculator (Athletics), natal chart readings (Astrapsychology), the Aletheia art tool (Aesthetics), and the Gonino School Network. These terms govern your use of the site and its products. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription or membership. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information — a coaching plan built on invented answers helps no one.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — you can cancel any time from the billing portal in Settings or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Where a written product (such as a natal reading) has already been delivered, fees for it are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

Membership in the Gonino School Network is by application and founder approval. Approval, and continued membership, are at the School’s discretion. Membership may be revoked for conduct that harms the community; unused membership time is not refunded in that case except where the law requires.

The training plans, coaching, and information provided by the Gonino School of Athletics — including the pace calculator — are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. The Gonino School of Athletics is a running coaching service, not a medical, physical-therapy, or nutritional provider, and no coach-athlete relationship replaces the care of a licensed professional.

Consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are injured, are pregnant, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely. Running and physical training carry an inherent risk of injury, and by participating you voluntarily accept that risk. Work you create with the School’s tools — Aletheia images, writings, saved prompts — is yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the service. The School’s own content — readings, course material, site text, the design — belongs to the School; don’t republish it as your own.

Don’t break the law, probe or overload the service, scrape other members’ data, or use the tools to produce material that is unlawful or intended to harm. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the School available and correct, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Some pages — the Library shelves in particular — link to outside stores through partner (“affiliate”) links. If you buy through one, the School earns a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, the School earns from qualifying purchases. Partner status never decides what we list: we only recommend what we would recommend anyway.
